If products are unused, undamaged and still in the original packaging, you can return the product for a full refund within 7 days of delivery (excluding costs associated with delivery and payment transaction fees). You will need to pay for the return delivery yourself which must be trackable.

If upon the receipt of the returned products, it is clear that the product has been used or is damaged, you will not receive a refund.

If you request a refund before the products have been packaged and shipped, you can cancel the order and recieve a full refund (excluding the cost of the payment transaction fee).
